Entry Deadline: October 22, 2021. Entries must be received by this date. Enter through omnipong.com. Full refund will be given if cancelation is made before August 26th.

Equipment: Butterfly Europa and Centrefold tables with Butterfly nets. Gerflor flooring. Butterfly A40 balls provided by Butterfly.

Rules: All USATT rules and dress code apply. Please do NOT wear white shirts or any white garment! Only USATT/ ITTF approved equipment allowed.

Eligibility: Players must have current USATT memberships. An USATT membership can be purchased or renewed with your entries. An unrated player may enter and advance in ratings based Singles events (e.g., U-1250, U-1500, etc.) if he/she has a USATT League Rating that is based on 8 or more league matches. Without a league rating, unrated players can enter ratings based events, but cannot advance past the round robin portion.

Ratings eligibility: based on USATT ratings list published on Oct 14, 2021. Tournament Format and Policies:

1. All Round Robin matches are best 3 of 5 games to 11 points.

2. No prizes will be awarded for splits, dumps, default losses or no-shows.

3. Players are responsible for being available to play their matches on time. A player may be defaulted if he/she

does not show up for his/her match within 10 minutes when his match is called.

4. Tournament committee reserves the right to modify or cancel events if there are insufficient entries.

5. 6 groups of 5 players in each group. 1st and 2nd place move to Division 1; 3rd and 4th move to Division 2 and

5th moves to Division 3. There will then be a single elimination for each Division. Division 1 winner is awarded $250, runner up is awarded $100; Division 2 winner is awarded a trophy and t-shirt, runner up is awarded a trophy; Division 3 winner is awarded a trophy.
